I gave this book three out of five stars. It starts out a bit slow at first, but after about 150-200 pages, you can not put the book down. Many twists and turns appear in this book. Things seem as if they are about to happen and then.....BOOM! Something else unexpected happens. I also didn't like that Spygirl (you will find out her when you read my summary) is working with a man that will ruin the candymaking factory.
Summary:
Four children are accepted to compete in a candymaking contest. One girl is a spy (Daisy) who can lift fifty pounds of taffy and not feel weak after. A boy who is the candymaker's son (Logan) who can determine the kind of chocolate just by touch. Also there are two more boys (Miles) who thinks he is allergic to rowboats, also the color pink, and (Phillip) who writes on his notebook taking notes and doesn't let anyone take a peek. And he wears a suit and a tie. Phillip also did something horrible to the candymaker's son by accident. Logan sees everyone acting strange and calls everyone to a meeting. Everyone tells their secrects and they find out the candy making buisness might be ruined. they all work together to save the candymaking buisness. read the book to find out more, I recommend it.
